How much are the shipping costs? It depends, of course, on the destination and on the size of the art work. The works are shipped from Italy: the economic transactions of the Mansudae Art Studio as far as the art works presented in this web-site are concerned are managed by an Italian company. The shipping costs, container included, are quoted when you request the price of the work.
How do I make the purchase? Once the art work has been confirmed as available, you communicate your intention to make the purchase and your data (shipping address, invoice data etc.) using the form provided in this section and you make the payment either by PayPal or by bank transfer to the banking account indicated to you.
When is the work shipped? As soon as the payment is received.
Which laws govern the transactions? The economic transactions of the Mansudae Art Studio as far as the art works presented in this web-site are concerned are managed by an Italian company. The transactions are governed by Italian law. In particular a buyer can return the art work by communicating his/her intention to return it within ten working days from its receipt. The price paid will be fully reimbursed, shipping expenses excluded, once the art object is received in good conditions by the Italian company.
